QLD School Sport provides a State Championship for Baseball in the 12-14 and 14-18yrs age groups. Northern Region does not send a team to this event. However, suitably skilled boys and girls can access the Peninsula Regional trials, in Cairns. These trials are held at the end of October to select a team for the following year.
